Web Feature Requests

We are working to add functionality to allow you to be able to change your address on an order and cancel an order, from the website. This would come with limitations on how long ago the order was placed and would include our processing fees deducted, as well as shipping to be recalculated. We are still in the development stage, but we hope to be able to make this happen for you.

We are adding functionality to be able to organize your orders based on their status, so you can see all your pending orders together.

We plan on building an article base with the information you or someone you know may need to help learn the basics of the mechanical keyboard hobby. Just to make sure we don't miss something, let us know what kind of information you would like to know, if you're in this camp.
